PEAK PERFORMERS is a community-based, educational staffing and consulting agency devoted to bringing our knowledge and expertise into the educational setting. Being a product of an urban environment, both Dr. Gilbert and Ms. Woodhouse are extremely passionate about teaching individuals, families and educators how to break the cycle of maladaptive behaviors while utilizing education as a tool to transform lives and communities.

DR. EMMANUEL D. GILBERT received his Doctor of Education degree and has worked tirelessly within the educational system championing youth for over 30 years, particularly those who have emotional and behavioral disturbances. Dr. Gilbert's doctoral dissertation was on the subject of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). He firmly believes that behavioral interventions must be positive, proactive and consistent in order to be effective. An advocate for youth in his community, Dr. Gilbert volunteers with several organizations as well as going above and beyond to support the scholars and staff. He is also a successful business owner with multiple entrepreneurial accomplishments to his credit. He is Co-Founder of Peak Performers Educational Staffing and presently serves as its Chief Executive Officer.

JENNIFER D. WOODHOUSE received her Master of Science degree in Community Counseling and earned the designation of Nationally Certified Counselor. In addition, she received an advanced studies certification in the area of Human Resource Management from Villanova University which led her to become a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She has served as Executive Director of Human Resources for the largest charter school management company in the US, while also pursuing her passion for counseling in the areas of Adolescent Drug and Alcohol Counseling, Intensive Outpatient Counseling, Autistic Support Teacher as well as other areas. Ms. Woodhouse has also served as Executive Director for a $1.4 million grant shared between two charter schools in Chester, PA. She volunteers within her community and serves as resource to colleagues and staff. Her understanding of human behavior and development in tandem with her administrative and human resource expertise propelled her to a career path in which she can bridge the gap between scholars, families and educational/behavioral staff. She is Co-Founder of Peak Performers Educational Staffing and presently serves as its Chief Operating Officer.
